It's a new morning with the residues of the one that went by yesterday. Apparently, residues are mandatory. Else, it'll be a brand new morning, not the new morning I am accustomed to. And since, I can only take this much of anything new, much less of anything brand new, I think I have to make my peace with the new morning etched with the ashes of the one before.
